Residence One - Bike Shelter

This project involves construction of an approximately 625 SF bike shelter at the CU Boulder Residence One campus, including installation of Owner-furnished shelter components and bike racks, complete earthwork and concrete foundations/pedestals, anchorage into existing foundations, and gravel surfacing at the shelter footprint.
