The property suffered significant damage after a lightning strike and subsequent fire, requiring a full restoration approach to bring the structure back to safe and livable condition.

Our scope includes structural and interior repairs, selective demolition, new building systems, and complete finish replacements tailored to multi-unit functionality. With work currently underway, Novus is coordinating closely with stakeholders to restore the building efficiently while maintaining quality and safety throughout every phase.
