Ari Domingo is the Owner of Novus Construction, bringing strong leadership, construction management experience, and a commitment to building with purpose. With a background in project controls, field coordination, and public-sector construction, Ari leads Novus with a focus on reliability, transparency, and long-term relationships.
Under his leadership, Novus has grown into a certified MWBE, DBE, and SBE general contractor serving clients across commercial, institutional, and public-sector projects. Ari’s approach is rooted in accountability, teamwork, and a deep respect for the people who make every project possible.
My Story
Construction has always represented more than just buildings to me. It is about trust, responsibility, and creating something that lasts. Before starting Novus Construction, I gained valuable experience in project controls and construction management, where I learned the importance of planning, communication, and execution at every level of a project.
Starting Novus was driven by a vision to build a company that does things the right way: with integrity, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to our clients, partners, and team. As a minority-owned business, Novus represents both opportunity and responsibility. We are proud to contribute to Colorado’s construction industry while opening doors, building relationships, and delivering work that reflects who we are.
