The Grand- Kansas City Missouri

Originally constructed in 1965 as the Traders Bank Building, The Grand is a 21-story high-rise located in the heart of downtown Kansas City. This landmark structure was transformed from a commercial office building into 202 market-rate apartments, offering modern living in a historic setting. The renovation included complete interior reconfiguration, system upgrades, and the addition of high-end amenities tailored for urban residents.

Our owner served as Project Manager, overseeing the complex adaptive reuse and ensuring the successful delivery of this large-scale residential conversion in Kansas City’s urban core.
