Urban Leadership Foundation of Colorado – Headquarters Renovation

Novus Construction is honored to partner with the Urban Leadership Foundation of Colorado (ULFC) on the renovation of their new headquarters—a space dedicated to cultivating leadership, empowering communities, and driving positive change across the state. Located at 2825 Fairfax Street, this project includes a full interior remodel designed to elevate functionality, comfort, and the organization’s long-term mission.

Following several months of collaboration during Pre-Construction, the project is now transitioning into the construction phase. Our team is currently coordinating buyout and final selections to ensure a seamless project launch and an efficient, well-executed buildout.
