Hyland Hills Parks Maintenance – Parking Structure Construction
Federal Heights, Colorado
Project Summary
Novus Construction is proud to be selected by the Hyland Hills Park and Recreation District to construct a new 125′ x 40′ pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) supporting their Parks Maintenance Department. This structure will provide durable, long-term covered parking and equipment protection for district operations.
Our scope of work includes full foundation construction, site excavation, grading, backfill, and the erection of the pre-purchased steel building supplied by General Steel. Additional responsibilities include site layout and surveying, permitting coordination, and oversight of all required quality control testing to ensure a safe and compliant build.
Construction activities will begin soon, with Novus coordinating closely with district stakeholders to deliver a smooth and efficient project start-up.
