Zina Stimmel Apartments – Accessibility & Safety Upgrades (BRI)

Novus Construction is partnering with Brother Redevelopment Inc. (BRI) to deliver essential safety and accessibility improvements at the Zina Stimmel apartment community. This project enhances multiple units throughout the complex, focusing on creating safer, more comfortable, and fully accessible living environments for residents.

Brother Redevelopment Inc. is a respected nonprofit developer with more than 40 years of service in the Denver metro area, dedicated to expanding affordable housing and revitalizing communities. Their work supports low- to moderate-income families, seniors, and individuals with disabilities through rehabilitation, new construction, and supportive housing initiatives.
