Mountain Youth Network – Headquarters Renovation

Project Summary

Novus Construction is renovating an 890 SF first-floor tenant space within the Clear Creek County Health & Wellness Center to create a dedicated headquarters for Mountain Youth Network. This transformation supports the organization’s mission to provide vital programs and resources for youth and families across the region.

The scope of work includes comprehensive interior upgrades such as electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection modifications; installation of specialty casework and new partitions; and the integration of custom interior finishes and acoustic enhancements to create a functional and welcoming workspace.
