OSHA-30 certified and fluent in English and Spanish, Daniel is known for his reliability, clear communication, and strong technical judgment.

With experience ranging from framing and heavy equipment operation to senior management roles, Daniel combines field-tested expertise with a solutions-driven approach; making him a versatile and valuable asset on any project team.

Daniel Castellanos is a Senior Superintendent at Novus Construction, bringing over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial construction. With a strong background in project management (superintendant) and customer care, he is known for leading complex builds from the ground up and ensuring every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.
Committed to excellence, Daniel stays current with evolving construction methods, materials, and technologies to deliver results that stand the test of time. His focus on quality, accountability, and collaboration has earned him a reputation for dependability and leadership across the industry.
Outside of work, Daniel is a devoted husband and father of three, a proud grandfather, and the owner of two big but soft-hearted dogs. He enjoys traveling to Mexico during the winter months and spending his summers boating and relaxing at the lake with family and friends.
