Growing up around tools, job sites, and hands-on work, I was drawn to construction from an early age. I started my career in the field, working directly with crews and learning every phase of building, from framing and concrete to project coordination and client communication. Over the years, I found myself gravitating toward leadership roles, especially those that demanded both technical understanding and strong people skills.

Whether I was managing warranty operations for hundreds of homes, running multiple restoration projects, or coordinating trades on fast-track builds, I learned the value of staying organized, anticipating problems, and treating every job with pride. The most fulfilling part of this industry for me is watching a project evolve from lines on a plan set to a finished space that people can live in, work in, or rely on.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, staying active, and tackling personal building projects. I’m always looking to learn, improve, and bring the best version of myself to whatever team I’m part of. For me, construction is more than a career. It’s a craft, a challenge, and something I take pride in every single day.
