My Story

I got my start in construction in the early '90s and quickly found myself drawn to the complexity and challenge of large-scale projects. From working as a project engineer on the Chesapeake Bay Bridge to managing the post-tensioned structures of high-rise casinos in Black Hawk, every job has shaped my approach to leadership and logistics. I’ve spent years building everything from schools and municipal centers to multi-family podiums and garage wraps. What keeps me motivated is the constant evolution of the industry—and the satisfaction of turning plans on paper into concrete reality. I believe in leading by example, keeping jobsites safe, and pushing teams to deliver quality work on time.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in the Colorado mountains—whether it’s skiing in the winter, hiking and camping in the summer, or sneaking in a round of golf whenever I can. I’m also passionate about home improvement projects and love traveling abroad to explore new cultures and construction styles. For me, balancing hands-on problem-solving with the freedom to recharge outdoors is what keeps me grounded and energized for the next challenge.
