With a collaborative leadership style and a strong understanding of both design and construction, Homa is committed to delivering exceptional craftsmanship and building lasting relationships with clients, trade partners, and project teams.
My Story
My passion for architecture and construction began when I watched a movie that showed how these fields could help people and positively impact their lives. That inspiration stayed with me, and my interest grew even stronger because my father was a General Contractor, giving me an early appreciation for the hard work, dedication, and problem-solving that go into building something meaningful.
Over the years, I have spent more than 12 years designing and managing commercial, single-family, and multifamily projects, gaining valuable experience in design, project management, and client collaboration. What drives me most is not simply being on site, but delivering quality work that creates spaces where people feel comfortable, valued, and good about the environment around them.

Today, as a Construction Superintendent, I bring both an architect's eye for detail and a builder's mindset to every project. I enjoy leading teams, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining quality and safety, and finding practical solutions that keep projects moving forward. Having traveled extensively and lived in different countries, I've gained a deep appreciation for the many ways people adapt to different cultures, environments, and challenges.
Those experiences have made me open-minded, resilient, and quick to adapt to new situations; qualities that help me build strong relationships, communicate effectively with diverse teams, and confidently navigate the ever-changing nature of construction. I believe the best projects are built through teamwork, clear communication, and mutual respect, and I take pride in creating an environment where everyone works toward a common goal.
