Novus Construction is delivering a specialized cost-plus renovation to convert an existing single-family residence into MAMA Social Consumption & Sales, a licensed marijuana retail and consumption lounge. The project reimagines the property into a modern commercial venue, including a full interior transformation, systems upgrades, and compliance-driven modifications to meet industry regulations.

The renovation also features the creation of an inviting outdoor seating area designed to support a relaxed, high-amenity customer experience. Work is currently in progress as Novus coordinates closely with ownership and regulatory partners to bring this unique concept to life.
