DVLP Studio

The DVLP Studio project involves the complete interior remodel and renovation of an existing commercial space into a state-of-the-art, two-floor music and recording studio. Designed to serve as a creative hub for artists, producers, and musicians, this transformation includes selective demolition, structural framing adjustments, sound-isolated recording booths, acoustically treated mixing rooms, and multi-use lounge and workspace areas.

Construction is underway with a focus on high-performance sound insulation, custom interior finishes, and studio-grade MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) upgrades to support professional-grade recording and production equipment. The space is being built to foster creativity, collaboration, and high-end audio production in a functional yet inspiring environment.

The project is being carefully managed to align with performance needs, creative flow, and modern design standards — laying the foundation for a one-of-a-kind music experience.
