The scope of work included the construction of a 700-foot-long duct bank formwork system, standing 40 inches tall, to support underground electrical infrastructure for the Coresite Data Centre. The duct bank was installed and poured in 40-foot sections to ensure quality control, structural integrity, and efficient progress. This phased approach allowed for precise alignment, consistent curing, and minimized construction risk, while supporting the long-term reliability of the data centre’s critical power systems. The total project value was $207,697.99.
