Garage & ADU Build

This project involved the construction of a new garage with an attached accessory dwelling unit (ADU), designed to provide secure parking, additional storage, and a self-contained living space. The garage was built with durable materials and modern overhead doors, while the ADU was designed with a functional layout that includes a full kitchen, bathroom, living area, and bedroom.

Utility extensions for water, sewer, electrical, and HVAC were integrated into the design to support the independent unit. High-efficiency windows, insulation, and appliances were installed to maximize energy performance, while exterior finishes were selected to complement the main residence and maintain neighborhood character.

The completed garage and ADU provide the homeowners with flexible living options—ideal for guests, extended family, or rental income—while significantly increasing property value and functionality.
