He brings a practical, solutions-driven approach to field operations and project execution.
My Story
My journey has always been rooted in hands-on work, problem-solving, and taking ownership of the spaces I help maintain and build. I started my career in roles that demanded discipline, teamwork, and attention to detail, from healthcare environments to customer-facing leadership positions. Over time, I found my passion in facilities and construction, where I could combine technical skills with real-world impact.
I’ve worked across a wide range of environments, from high-performance aerospace facilities to large-scale residential developments. Today, I’ve taken the next step in my career by joining Novus Construction as an Assistant Superintendent, where I’m focused on supporting field operations, coordinating teams, and ensuring projects run efficiently on site.
What drives me is simple: doing the job right, solving problems before they escalate, and creating environments that people can rely on every day.
